About the event
Well before I was a coach, I found that Nature provided all the answers I needed for navigating some very big life challenges. I will share with you my process for Disconnecting, Connecting and Reconnecting. And if there's time, I'll live-coach a participant on their particular challenge.

Please plan to arrive early and meet at the Provisional Store in Bolsa Chica State Beach Park. Parking fills up quickly and you may need to walk a ways to get to the store. We will then walk out to the sand together at 9 a.m. Bring a blanket or towel to sit on, water, journal and pen.
