This 5 night, 6 day retreat in Cancun, Mexico will connect you with the Frequencies of Awakening. Together we'll work with Water, Breathe, Sound, Fire, Earth, and the Animal Kingdom to deepen our spiritual journey and expand to the next level!
For those ready to deepen their facilitation of Breathwork Meditation Healing and Sound Healing, Ellen Wier and I are offering trainings in Level 2 of each.
Come for the experience, come for the training, or come for both.

Itinerary
We have TWO OPTIONS for those attending this retreat. The EXPERIENCE ONLY or EXPERIENCE + TRAINING. Mornings will focus on the Experience and receiving the benefits of the modalities. Afternoons will focus on Training you to facilitate the very modality everyone experienced in the morning.

For those wishing to simply receive and attend the morning Experience, they have their afternoons free to explore the local area, relax and enjoy the resort's many ammenities and activity options, or book an excursion or spa service (at own cost).
​
Everyone who attends will have the option to add on a Temezcal (Mayan Sweat Lodge) Ceremony on our final night together (November 5) for an additional cost of $220.

(For those who attended our Level 1 Training Retreat in April of 2026, this will be an expansion and deepening of that training. If you'd like to attend the training and haven't gone through any of our Intro or Level 1 Trainings, please set up some time to speak with us about how to get you up to speed so that you can maximize this opportunity.)
